Unity is based in truth. To build new bridges, or repair weakened ones, we must hold common beliefs and basic truths upon which unity can live. Lies destroy unity. Truth builds the bridges upon which we can travel in search of the unity our nation desperately needs.
Most issues in our world are simply “black or white”, “true or false.” Most who seek to destroy unity in society leverage lies to foster division, fully aware that division enriches those who keep us divided.
We’re living in a Global Narrative War. It is a spiritual war not against flesh & blood, but against demonic principalities hidden in dark places. We need different tools and skills to fight and win this war. Truth is mightier than the sword. Love is more powerful than hate. And Kingdom laws trump legalisms and mythologies propagated by ruling “elites.”
Either our 2020 elections were corrupted by Acts of War committed by enemies foreign and domestic, or they weren’t. It’s a black and white issue we must, as a nation, find a way to discuss, understand and unify around.
Truth is the concrete upon which bridges of unity are built. Humility and grace, mixed with truth, is the recipe we need to restore our beautiful America.
