Isn't it the Koran that contains legal rights God thinks humans should have eg the First Amendment supported by quran.com/2/256?

In the physical realm, on this fallen earth, the final lawful authority is vested in our military. In the spiritual realm, God is everything. For the demonic, godless & Wicke’s who seek death & destruction, we have military defenders for a purpose.
